Scam Calls:

We’ve received reports that scammers are spoofing our phone number (844-277-8860) and posing as one of our team members. We will never ask for account numbers, card numbers, PINs, passwords, or online banking credentials. If you receive a suspicious call, hang up and contact your local branch directly. If you shared personal information, please call us immediately.

Closings:

All Security First Bank and Insurance locations will be closed on Monday, February 16th in observance of Presidents’ Day. For access to your account, please use our Online and Mobile Banking, ATMs, and night drop boxes. Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, February 17th.

Electronic Statements

Save time and eliminate paper clutter by enrolling in Electronic Statements. With Electronic Statements, you will receive your monthly statement safely and securely within Online Banking. With this service, we will send you a notification e-mail the day your statement is available.

How To Enroll:

  1. Log in to Online Banking (at the top of the page) and select Accounts, then Documents in the top navigation bar.
  2. Select Delivery Settings.
  3. Select Online for each account you wish to receive electronic statements for. When you are finished, confirm you have PDF access by entering the code and selecting Submit at the bottom of the page.
  4. At the top of the page, select Statements, then View Statement.
  5. Read and accept the E-Sign Agreement and select the accounts you wish to view an electronic statement for.

CorpLink Enrollment:

  1. Log in to CorpLink Online Banking (at the top of the page) and select Reports, then View eStatements in the top navigation bar.
  2. Read and accept the E-Sign Agreement and select the accounts you wish to view an electronic statement for.
