Enhanced Fraud Protection for your Security First Bank Debit Card!

In our continuing efforts to keep your accounts secure, we’ve implemented new fraud protection services that will provide notifications by e-mail, text message and/or phone call to alert you of possible fraudulent activity associated with your card. These notifications will ONLY ask you to verify certain purchases. You will NEVER be asked for your PIN or account number.

How it works:

  • Each Security First Bank debit card customer is automatically enrolled in this service.
  • When potential fraud is detected, you will receive automatic text message alerts from 328-74, e-mail notifications, and/or automated phone calls to confirm or deny fraud.
  • If you respond that a transaction is fraud, you will receive confirmation indicating that the card will be blocked to prevent further fraud. A fraud specialist will reach out to you during business hours to discuss unauthorized transactions on your account and order a replacement card.
  • If you respond that a transaction is authorized, you will receive confirmation that any temporary blocks placed on your card are removed and you can continue to use your card.

To ensure that we have the most up-to-date information, please confirm your mobile phone number and e-mail address by speaking with a representative at your local branch or sign in to Online Banking to verify or update your information.
