Security First Bank has an exciting new way to serve you – with ATM Video Tellers! Video Teller is personal banking in a whole new way and provides face-to-face assistance from local, friendly professionals using live video technology at a Security First Bank ATM.

To facilitate this new service, we’ve created a Video Teller department at our Sidney, Nebraska branched, staffed with highly-trained professionals who can assist you with almost any request you would normally perform inside the bank. When you use Video Teller you will be connected with an employee ready to help you with your banking needs.

Video Teller Services:
  • Using our Video Teller service, you can:
  • Make deposits
  • Make withdrawals
  • Get cash back – to the penny
  • Make transfers
  • Make loan payments
  • Receive balance information
  • Request replacement debit cards

We understand sometimes normal banking hours don’t work for your schedule. Video Teller allows us to offer extended hours and availability on Saturdays so you can conduct your banking transactions, with the assistance of a Security First Bank employee, at a time convenient for you.

6am – 6pm MT | 7am – 7pm CT

Saturdays
7am – 11am MT | 8am – 12pm CT
