Beatrice Branch Enhances Customer Experience

Security First Bank in Beatrice recently completed a three-month long drive-up reconstruction project and released a new ATM Video Teller service option to enhance customer experience.

Al Dlouhy, branch president in Beatrice, said “We are excited both the drive-up reopening and the release of Video Teller came around the same time. Both services will enhance our customers’ experience when visiting our 120 N 6th Street location drive-up by offering increased vehicle accessibility and extended service hours.”

Construction on the 120 N 6th Street drive-up began in May 2022 and was initiated to make entry from the alley to the drive-thru more accessible and to adjust the height of drive-thru drawers to better accommodate larger vehicles.

While enjoying the new exterior upgrades, customers can also utilize the bank’s newest service, Video Teller, which allows customers connect with a real banker using live video technology at a Security First ATM. Video Teller is available at all three Security First Bank Beatrice locations.

“Video Teller is a convenient option that lets our customers use Security First Bank ATMs with the assistance of a bank teller. You can do most of what you would normally do inside the bank using Video Teller. Another exciting aspect of this service is that it allows us to offer extended hours, 7am – 7pm on weekdays and 8am-12pm on Saturdays,” comments Retail Services Manager Sheri Holsing.

Branch President Al Dlouhy adds, “We would like to thank some of the local businesses – Caspers Construction, Lammel Plumbing, Tiemann Construction, Bissegger Masonry Construction, Jim’s Carpets, Pickrell Lumber, and Creative Solutions – for their roles in helping us complete construction. We are excited to provide these upgrades to the Beatrice community.”

With the reopening of the Beatrice Main Branch drive-up, drive up hours at all three Beatrice locations are returning to normal.

• Beatrice Main: Mon-Fri 7:30am – 5:30pm, Sat 8am-noon
• Beatrice North: Mon-Fri 7:30am – 4:30pm, Sat 8am – noon
• Beatrice Auto: Mon-Fri 7:30am – 4:30pm, Sat Closed
