We have received reports of spoofed text messages claiming customers’ debit card information has been compromised. These messages often include a link and are being sent from various numbers. Please do not click on any links and disregard the message. If you receive any communication regarding a “compromised” card or account, call us directly using the number on the back of your card or visit your local branch.

Security First Bank is proud to announce the opening of its newly constructed Buffalo Crossing branch on January 30th, at 1919 Hope Court in Rapid City, South Dakota.

The new branch was constructed to provide enhanced customer experience, bring together internal departments, and to show Security First Bank’s commitment to the Rapid City community.

The Buffalo Crossing building is home to a bank branch and houses the Bank’s operations center and corporate staff. Staff at Buffalo Crossing are ready to serve customers and invite everyone to come see us at our new building. Business hours will be:

  • Lobby Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
  • Drive-Up Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
  • Video Teller Hours: Monday – Friday 6am – 6pm, Saturdays 7am – 11am
