Security First Gives Back: 8,789 Items and $18,300 Donated Through 7th Annual Feeding Hearts Food Drive

At Security First Bank and Security First Insurance, giving back is at the heart of what we do. This February, we proudly hosted our 7th Annual Feeding Hearts Food Drive, bringing together employees, customers, and community members across all locations to make a meaningful impact in the fight against food insecurity.

Each year, the need for support becomes especially apparent following the holiday season. With this in mind, the Feeding Hearts Food Drive was created not only to provide essential resources, but also to raise awareness about the ongoing challenges many individuals and families face when it comes to access to food and basic necessities.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our communities, this year’s effort was another remarkable success. Across every Security First Bank and Security First Insurance location, we collected and donated a total of 8,789 non-perishable food and personal care items, along with $18,300 in monetary contributions.

These donations will go directly toward supporting local organizations and individuals in need, helping ensure that more families have access to meals and essential items during a time when support is critical.

What makes this initiative so impactful is the collective effort behind it. From employees organizing and promoting the drive, to customers and community members dropping off donations or contributing financially, the Feeding Hearts Food Drive continues to demonstrate the power of coming together for a shared purpose.
