4th Annual Feeding Hearts Food Drive

Security First Bank, with the help of customers, non-customers, and employees, collected over 3,528 items and donated $11,170 to benefit area food pantries through our recently completed 4th Annual Feeding Hearts Food Drive.

From February 1st through the 14th, Security First Bank and Security First Insurance collected canned goods, non-perishable food items, and personal care items at each of our 27 bank branch locations and 12 insurance offices throughout Nebraska and southwest South Dakota.

“When we began the food drive in 2019, our hope was to provide meaningful assistance to those in need after the holiday rush. We are beyond thrilled and grateful that every year our contributions to our local communities continue to grow. We couldn’t do this without the help of customers, non-customers, and Security First staff”, comments Human Resources Manager Saphron Watson.

Next year’s food drive will be held during the same time frame, February 1st through the 14th.
