Security First Bank Opens New Loan Production Office in Broken Bow

Security First Bank is proud to announce the opening of its new Loan Production Office located at 605 South D Street, Suite 1 in Broken Bow, Nebraska (inside the Agri Affiliates building). This new location strengthens the bank’s commitment to the agricultural community and expands access to a full suite of lending services tailored to farmers, ranchers, and rural businesses.

The Broken Bow office will specialize in agricultural lending, with a focus on personalized service and local decision-making. Security First Bank’s ag lending solutions include agriculture equipment loans, farm operating lines of credit, real estate loans, and livestock loans. In addition, the office offers consumer and small business loans to support the financial needs of the broader community.

To celebrate the opening, Security First Bank will host an Open House on Wednesday, July 9 from 3:00 to 5:30 p.m., in partnership with building co-tenants, Agri Affiliates. The event is open to the public and will feature snacks, drinks, and giveaway prizes. A Chamber ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at 3:00 p.m. to commemorate the bank’s new location and official membership in the Broken Bow Chamber of Commerce.

“We are excited to bring our ag expertise to the Custer County area and become a trusted financial partner for local producers and families,” said Loan Officer Ira Spanel, who brings over 17 years of lending experience to the new location. “The Custer County region is built on agriculture, and we’re here to provide the tools and financing solutions to help it thrive.”
