Update Regarding COVID-19
To Our Customers:
The level of concern around the threat and spread of COVID-19 in our Security First communities continues to rise. As your community bank, we want you to know that we are fully operational and that we have business continuity plans in place to ensure that you have access to your funds and financial services.
As things evolve in our local communities, we are taking action to limit person-to-person contact among our staff and customers by changing lobby access at all of our locations. Please visit securityfirstb.local/locations and search for your preferred branch for the most up-to-date information on hours and availability.
There are many convenient ways for you to access and manage your money, and we encourage you to consider using Security First Banking tools that minimize in-person contact:
- Using our mobile app or Online Banking to check balances, transfer funds, make payments and more.
- You can withdraw cash and check balances for free at any Security First ATM.
- You can continue to contact us by calling your local branch, messaging via our website or reaching our contact center.
Finally, please beware of scams. Scammers will continue to take advantage of people’s fears, and now they have a new topic to exploit. Be cautious of emails and phone calls from charities, product promoters or investments related to coronavirus. For some tips to ensure you’re protecting yourself from these potential scams, take a look at this message from the FDIC: Protect Yourself Against Imposters
We appreciate your loyalty and encourage you to reach out to us with your financial questions and concerns during these trying times.
