We’ve received reports that scammers are spoofing our Beatrice phone number (402-223-4041) and posing as one of our team members. We will NEVER ask for account numbers, card numbers, PINs, passwords, or online banking credentials. If you receive a suspicious call, hang up and contact your local branch directly. If you shared personal information, please call us immediately.

Will I receive a new debit card?

Yes. You will receive a new Security First Bank debit card with a new card number and PIN. Activate and begin using your new card on April 13th. If you do not receive your new Security First Bank debit card prior to Monday, April 13th, please visit your local branch to have a debit card printed on-site.
