Upgrades Coming To Online Banking
Security First Bank is committed to providing you with easy access to your accounts and keeping your money safe. With that in mind, we are transitioning to a new bank software program on November 9th. This transition will better protect the accounts you access online and takes advantage of new technologies. We think you will like them!
This upgrade will change how you access some of our services. Please review the information provided on this page for helpful tips on how to navigate these changes. If you have any questions, please call your local branch or our help line at 844-277-8860.
Online Banking
The first time you log in after the upgrade, you will see step-by-step instructions on how to reset your security credentials. If you use account nicknames, MyAlerts or have automatic transfers established, please download a preparedness checklist to help you manage these account features.
Bill Pay
If you use the e-bills function (receive electronic versions of paper bills) for any payees, you will have to re-establish them on the updated Bill Pay system. We recommend discontinuing e-bills now and re-establishing them later on the new system OR writing down the payees you receive e-bills from as a reminder to take action after the upgrade. All other Bill Pay features will remain intact.
Mobile App
After you reset your online banking credentials via web browser, you will be able to use your new credentials to access the SFB Mobile Banking App and re-register your mobile device. A new version of the SFB Mobile Banking App will be available to download from the App Store and Google Play.
ExpressLine Phone Banking
If you use ExpressLine Phone Banking, you will have to reset your password the first time you call after the update. You will hear recorded step-by-step instructions on how to change your password, and once you’ve followed the directions, your account information will be accessible.
